My Honest Take on Super 8 by Wyndham Crescent City

Our stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Crescent City was very disappointing. The room was not clean and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke mixed with urine. We were exhausted after a long day of driving, so we stayed the night despite the condition of the room. The staff was also not welcoming. During both check-in and check-out, they came across as rude, careless, and disrespectful. We didn’t complain about the room during our stay, but the overall customer service left a very poor impression. We had breakfast the next morning and then left. Unfortunately, between the condition of the room and the lack of hospitality, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. I would not stay here again.
