Rialto Cafe is a genuinely cozy spot in Downtown Fullerton, with food that's good enough to justify the trip and prices that are fair for the area. The welcoming atmosphere is a real draw here, though the furniture could use some attention or an upgrade at this point. Still worth a visit for the food and feel of the place.
