A Great Experience at NORMS Restaurant

We visited NORMS during a peak hour rush, and the staff stayed cool and friendly throughout despite the pressure, which says a lot about how the place is run. The food was genuinely good, especially the onion rings, and the steak combo was reasonably priced for what we got. One note: the women's restroom was noticeably dirty on our visit, which is worth a mention given how solid everything else was.
