La Sinaloense in Chula Vista is an absolute gem. My wife and I came in not knowing what to expect, and it ended up being one of the best Mexican food experiences she’s ever had. The fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful, cooked perfectly with just the right seasoning. And the fajitas, wow. Sizzling, generous portions, and packed with bold, authentic taste. Everything from the quality of the food to the overall experience made this place stand out. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving. If you’re anywhere near Chula Vista and craving great Mexican food, this spot is definitely worth it. We’ll be coming back for sure.
