My Honest Take on Boston's Restaurant & Sports Bar
We recently visited your Boston's Restaurant & Sports Bar on a Sunday for lunch and unfortunately, the experience was not as positive as expected. We ordered pizza, a chicken wrap, and nachos for appetizers. The appetizers arrived just 5 minutes before the main food, despite us ordering at 12:10 PM and receiving everything at 1:00 PM. There was no check-in from staff during this time, and we had to follow up twice before appetizers were served. The nachos were cold, with hardened cheese, and the wrap was dry. The pizza was the only highlight of the meal. It seemed like there was a lack of coordination between the kitchen staff, servers, and management. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the delays or food quality issues. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for other guests.
